Elaine Vella graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration from the University of Malta and has several years’ experience in the construction industry. Elaine joined AX Construction in 2017. In her role as Commercial Manager, her main responsibilities include seeing major projects through, from preparing proposals and tender documentation and negotiating with clients, up until the signing of contracts. As a passionate runner, she strongly believes in discipline, consistency and perseverance. Hence her favourite quote “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.”
