Farsons Group entrusted AX Construction with the development of a new logistics centre for Quintano Foods, which will be relocated from its current premises in Marsa.

Quintano Foods, in addition to importing foodstuffs and beverages for the local market, is also the Malta franchise holder for leading international brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC and Burger King.

The project is being delivered on a site spanning over five tumoli of land and features a multi-storey pallet storage warehouse facility, incorporating dedicated sections for ambient, chilled and frozen goods storage. The facility has been designed with a strong focus on streamlining logistics operations, enabling the efficient unloading of incoming goods delivered by truck, trailer or container, while facilitating the numerous daily deliveries to existing and future food outlets.

Following the successful completion of the civil works at the new Quintano Foods Logistics Centre, AX Construction was subsequently awarded the finishes package, extending its involvement into the final fit-out phase of the project, which is scheduled for delivery in 2026.
