The AX Construction team is executing an ambitious project to expand an existing building into a small boutique hotel. This transformation involves strategic demolitions, additions, and structural reinforcements to accommodate more floors and create additional guest spaces.

The project began with the removal of the fourth-floor roof to allow for the construction of six additional storeys, with floor heights kept to a minimum to maximise usable space. The building is designed with a robust metal structure to support these expansions, providing both strength and flexibility for future needs.

Key alterations and reinforcements have been made on the first, second, and third floors, adding consolidation walls to ensure structural integrity. The AX Construction team is now progressing on the final floor, with a targeted completion date by the end of October 2024.
